Love Monster is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the blockchain. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website or external platforms before approval.
When you purchase an NFT, you own the underlying Love Monster NFT art, completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Blockchain Network. As the original designer and creator of Love Monster NFT art, Maverick Metalabs retains full copyright ownership of all characters created by Love Monster NFT. Maverick Metalabs may display, advertise or promote art that has already been sold without the consent of the purchaser. Purchasing Love Monster NFT art constitutes an agreement between Maverick Metalabs and the buyer.
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Maverick Metalabs grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Love Monster NFT / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Love Monster NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Love Monster NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Love Monster NFT, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Love Monster NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Love Monster NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Love Monster NFT leaves the website/application. Use parameters limit monetization of Love Monster NFT art to $100,000 per Love Monster for each fiscal year, requiring any Love Monster NFT art that is utilized for monetization above that amount to be authorized in writing by Maverick Metalabs. This includes, but is not limited to, TV rights, merchandise, sponsorships, and endorsements. Love Monster NFT art can not be used for endorsement purposes without the written consent of Maverick Metalabs. Violation of these terms will lead to legal action.

Utility Tokens that are part of our ecosystem are not shares or securities of any type. They do not entitle you to any ownership or other interest in Love monster NFT. They are merely a means by which you may be able to utilize certain services on our platform and ecosystem which is being further developed.
No Refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
a) Distinction Between Token Types: It is crucial to understand that in-game LMT (off-chain) and on-chain LOVE are two distinct types of tokens. They are separate entities and must not be treated or considered as interchangeable on a one-to-one basis, as this is not the case. Each type of token has specific characteristics and uses that are unique to its format.
c) Conversion for Transferability: If a user wishes to engage in the sale or transfer of tokens, a mandatory conversion process from in-game off-chain LMT to on-chain LOVE must be followed. This conversion is subject to strict procedures and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to our platform’s standards and legal regulations.
d) Compliance and Consequences: Violating the distinct nature of these tokens or attempting to interchange them inappropriately can result in actions as outlined in our general terms. This includes account suspension, token forfeiture, or legal action. Users bear the responsibility for understanding and complying with these distinctions.
e) Acknowledgment and Agreement: By participating in the MonsterHub and using its tokens, users acknowledge and agree to these distinctions and restrictions. It is the user’s responsibility to remain informed and compliant with these terms to ensure a fair and legally compliant experience on our platform.
We strongly advise all users to carefully review these terms. Adhering to them is essential for maintaining the integrity and legality of our ecosystem.
